Delama DLOV/W - Combined Washing - Sterilizer Autoclave
Moist heat sterilization technology with counter-pressure using a vacuum washer has been specifically developed for the final treatment of solutions in closed containers.
The DLOV/W vacuum washer series is a new line of machines characterized by great versatility.
The operational flexibility of the system combines the performance of an autoclave sterilization with saturated steam with an industrial high efficiency vacuum washer, useful for cleaning components, machine parts, accessories (e.g.. trays for bulk freeze drying) and where the removal of residue of dust, particles and contaminants is required. PEX cross linking is used as a water supply piping system giving several advantages over metal pipe (copper, iron, lead) or rigid plastic pipe systems. It is flexible, resistant to scale and chlorine, doesn’t corrode or develop pinholes, it is faster to install and has fewer connections and fittings. This combined Plant, Steam Sterilizer & Industrial Washing Machine allows you:
